About Me
Hey, I am Abbhya (Vic Qi).
I am a somatic movement educator & guide for leaders, creators, and artists (everyone is) who are going through transformation in life. I am the one they come to when they feel there is a need to transform passive intent into active intent and ways to sustain the new practices. For those who are curious about how their body works and ready to make a shift in their habits which leads to their intended lifestyle.
I help them to release what’s holding them via removing clutters supported by gentle movement and systemise their new habits to practice throughout the day . So they can move forward to focus on themselves, their loved ones or on work or creation with sustained energy and a supportive environment.
As an event organiser plus facilitator and guide in a wellness industry, I have developed effective tools in guiding people in authentic expression, social connection, and connection with nature.
I build and support makers who are creating their own reality, transforming passive to active intent. And I suggest we can start from mastering our body.
