About

Who Is Vic Qi Pan (Abbhya)

Years of emotions build up as I learned to cognitive bypass my emotions. I dissociate and surrender to the thought that I don’t have authority over the problems in life and leading to the fastest route in destroying my self esteem.

Years of ignoring my need for intimacy where I closed myself up feeling shameful and have the tendency to avoid attachment with others. I turned to certain compulsive behaviours and fantasy as a false secure base to avoid overwhelming shame being triggered.

I began to face my ignorance and do something about it.

After a fall in my career, romantic relationship, and health in my mid 20s, I experience the practice of meditation and since then the journey towards organising human connection related events begun. It went for 6 years where I dive deeper into human psyche with real world experiences, be in as an organiser, a facilitator or a guide. I learned and applied tools to improve our personal relationships especially with ourselves.

Entering 30s, after my solar return, I entered into another shift in life where I have to pivot and leave what I have started. A couple years of grieving, a loss of beloved dad, a loss of work partner and community, this change lead me up to a deeper understanding of human – psychologically and physiologically.

In 2024, I am committed to rebuild myself and hoping to support people who are looking for tools to growth consistently. One step at a time.

I build and support makers who are creating their own reality, transforming passive to active intent.

And I suggest we can start from mastering our body.
