Identifying the Blocks Towards Living Your Best Life

When you are not living your best life, consider this, by any chance it is because you don’t believe you deserve it? Even though you want it but there are underlying beliefs that are hindering you from moving towards it. Either you are on your way making it happen, or you are sabotaging it by procrastination or distraction. There will be constant roadblocks to be uncovered. I am one of the best case studies where I have been putting my needs aside for a while, growing up paying more attention to my loved ones’ needs. I keep myself busy by helping others. Realising a part of me hold onto the identity and the glory of being a victim. The truth is, I give my power away.

What is the cause (beliefs) of your roadblock? Self doubt? Not feeling good enough? These are quite common traits we shared, coming from our childhood conditions or society conditions or even track back to our ancestors lineage. In fact even the most ‘successful’ person would encounter these roadblocks, the difference is, what do they do in regards of these? They face fear and do it anyway.

Diving Into Our Black Hole Within – Soul Hunger

Deep within us, we are longing and yearning for something that is soul-satisfying and fulfilling. Constantly seeking from different sensations and stimulations (external) to fill in the black hole within – from relationships, work, exercise, music, and whatever that brings us pleasure. Yet, some are short lived, some required constant replenishment, almost becoming another unhealthy or obsessive form of addiction. Is having more an answer to it? It is for us to figure out.

From the words of Clarissa Pincola Estes, the author of ‘women who run with the wolves’ – Because of the deep hunger for something, plus when we were starved of basic encouragement and support, we started to lose hope and hate ourselves. Many would spend years of not moving, not finding out, not learning, and not becoming. When one started to lose its vital treasure which makes us feel alive, one hungry soul will start to take anything that seems similar to the origin treasure. Taking food, alcohol, drugs, or pleasure excessively compensating the loss of regular cycles of self-expression, soul-expression, soul-satiation. The loss of treasure may cause us to rationalise such relief and pleasure to enjoy any sensation.

One simple way of interpreting, from the perspective of vibration, we are not aligned with the desired vibration.

How can we be in vibrational match to what we want?

The answer is by becoming it, gradually.

We are all vibrational being, everything in the world is vibrating in a specific frequency. Every thoughts, emotions, and words we are emitting will be reflected back to us. Because we attract who we are, not what we want, based on the principles of vibration. When you are feeling joyful, the things you are attracting will be joyful.

How do we know if we are in alignment?

Simply use emotions as guidance, when we feel good, we are in alignment, when we feel bad, we are not in alignment.

The Steady Step-By-Step Work

See your desired life, feel such elevated emotions, and do what makes you feel good. That will create your desired reality with repetition of practices, this is very well endorsed by Dr. Joe Dispenza’s work as well as Abraham Hicks teaching. Yet, this is where most of us might find it challenging.

How to maintain such vibration especially when we have been living in a lacking mentality? How do we constantly see and feel it before it is happening?

I personally have been practising meditation, visualisation, journaling, moving, and drawing as tools to be in tune with my highest form of vibration. The main challenge for me is the moments when I am not being aware and so I fall back to my default behaviours (old thoughts and dominant emotions). Thus, being aware and constantly taking necessary shift is the key. Creating a systemic routine and supportive environment helps a lot too.

Having said that, this is the gap I intend to close and support people by creating space, experiences, and tools for harmony. Everything starts from within, before we talk about creating a physical space which is abundantly available in every part of the world, let’s focus on our sacred temple – our body and our hearts.

What I intend to bring to the table is to offer unique perspectives and experiences to shift and expand our mind to our hearts. First, I want to see you being confidence in expressing yourself and bold in pursuing what you desired in life. Second, I want to see you being energised in whatever you do. In summary, I see you being in harmony with who you are naturally to create values and live your best life!
